Weekend Schedule
Friday
Mexican Fiesta
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Come dressed in vibrant colors or your favorite reunion shirt.
Saturday
Morning: Explore Roanoke, the Roanoke Star, Fishburn Mansion, hiking, wineries, breweries, shopping, and dining.
Afternoon: Carnival at the Pilgrim Life Center from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Sunday
Worship Service at 11:00 AM with lunch to follow at the Halmar Event Center.
Family meeting later Sunday afternoon/evening at the hotel, time to be determined.
All directions will be provided upon arrival.

Weekend Activity Package
- Age 4 and under, Friday-Sunday: Free
- Age 5 to 11, Friday-Sunday: $55
- Age 12 to Adult, Friday-Sunday: $115
- If not attending Friday night, take $5 off ages 5-11 and $10 off adults
- If not attending Saturday or Sunday, take $20 off ages 5-11 and $30 off adults

Adult Sizes: S-XL $16 each | 2X $17 | 3X-4XL $18 each
Moonshine Tasting, Donations & Recognition
Roanoke is close to Franklin County, known as the Moonshine Capital of the World.
Join us Saturday evening at the hotel for a flavorful moonshine tasting experience.
- Sample 10 unique flavors
- $25 per person or $40 per couple
- Must be at least 21 years old
- All proceeds benefit the scholarship fund
- Benevolence Fund Donation: $50 suggested, non-mandatory
- Please add $1.00 to your total cost for administrative expenses
Recognition: Please submit the full name of anyone in your immediate family who has graduated from High School, College, Law School, Medical School, or Graduate School.
Scholarship Application
To be eligible, the applicant must be a graduating high school senior or possess a GED and be pursuing
admission to a university or certification program. The applicant's parent, legal guardian, or financially
responsible relative must be a member of the Johnson-Hairston family.
- Completed application form
- Acceptance letter from an accredited institution or recognized certification course
- High school transcript with 2.5 GPA or greater, or GED score of at least 60
- One-page personal statement covering goals, impact, and qualifications
